What position is on & off on the brakes of a BaitCast reel?  GodBless & Thanks

pins in is brakes off pins out is brakes on for centrifugal and magnetic brakes have a dial lower to higher corresponds to level of brakes

To Turn Each Pin On, Pull It Out Until It Clicks , To Turn It Off, Push It In Until It Clicks.

If a break shoe tab is locked in position it is "off". If it is free to slide or pivot depending design, it is "on".  I just wanted to add this to cover the newer designs that depart from the customary tab-on-pin setup.
