i have just made a shallow crank that looks great and was wondering what you guys prefer, circuit board or lexan.  also where can i buy these two components for a cheap price?

i'm also going to make a floating/diving minnow of about 3 inches.  where do you think i should place the balast weight?

I'm starting to like circuit board more than lexan.

I usually place the ballast in the "belly" of the bait, near the line tie.
