Having A Problem With My Pq After Cleaning

So I just stripped down some Pq's and cleaned/lubed them according to TackleJunky81's vid on youtube.  now one of them seems to be clackin when I reel it.  I will spin the reel and it is almost like the spool is moving back and forth or the pinion is loose or something.  Any ideas?

    Sounds like the spring under the tension knob isn't set properly. Check that first.
