Went out with 2 guys from the homestead hawg hunters out of holiday park from 8 am to 3 pm. Boat was in the shop so we rented a job boat.

We started fishing right off the ramp and started catching fish right away. Watermelon red and junebug plastics did the trick. We fished a lot of the openings and consistently caught fish throughout the day. We landed a 4 a 3 couple of 2s and a lot of dinks.

It did rain on us several times but luckily no lightning. We stuck to it and fished through the rain.

Overall great day on the water.
