What Do I Use To Ream The Butt Cap?

The rod butt I cut is .527 & the butt cap I ordered is .500

    That small amount, it should just stretch over the butt. Put some epoxy on the walls of the butt cap and a very, very thin coat on the blank. Stick it on and clean up the excess epoxy with DNA.

    Thanks, if I need to ream a bit, can I use a drill bit?

    I'd roll up some sandpaper and twist it about in the hole of the butt cap until I got it to fit.

    It should slide down easy I would think. I had a 1/4" EVA butt grip that slid down to a butt measuring over a 1/2" fairly easily.
