92 Stroker Questions

Featured Replies

I am thinking about buying a 92 21' stroker to fish local tournaments in, how rough do these boats ride in choppy water? And are they easy to fish out of? I'm just concerned that they are built for speed and not to fish out of.

I don't know anything about them first hand but they have a reputation for speed and good rough water handling. Used to see them regularly around Lake Okeechobee which is the only area I have seen Big O boats and Stroker boats very often. I have no idea how they fish. A 92 model is probably narrower than current bass boat models(Ranger, Triton, etc), around 92in beam, with current boats around 95in, so may not fish quite as well as the newer boats, but should handle better. A 21' boat should fish pretty well regardless....
