Does Pickwick count?  I love that lake.

I guess it could. I personally am ashamed to say i have never fished it. Hoping to change that this fall.

I'm from Grenada, most of my bass fishing is done in ponds though. It's getting better on the lake in recent years though.

I have heard grenada is getting better. Least you still got huge crappie.

I'm close. Lol I live in Alabama. Thought about going to get a temporary license and see how the fishing is across the line.

I sometimes fish there.

Yea they restocked bass, bream, and several other species and the water has stayed up the last few summers really helping. The crappie fishing is a blessing and a curse if you know what i mean

Oh yeah I can imagine how the crappie could be a curse. I managed john Kyle state park for awhile and it was a mad house in the spring.

Demonic forest where in bama you from?

I'm from North Alabama. Tanner, or Limestone County. Whichever you prefer to say. Lol

I just got back from a trip to Tupelo.  There's a 300 acre lake near there that is pretty much guaranteed to have the next state record fish in it.   Called Davis Lake... right off the Natchez Trace parkway.   I Caught a few 5+ lb fish on a 100 degree day,  But  you know they're in there if you time your trip right...  Beautiful deserted lake, wild shoreline, first class ramp and facilities:
