Bps Crankin' Sticks

So, I've been looking on the BPS Website, and thinking about purchasing one if they are marked down at the Spring Classic next year. I was looking at the Micro Model and they are all Moderate Action rods, but the Original line are all Fast Action. I would think I would want the Moderate but don't want to pay an extra $40 to get it, and don't really think I want Micro Guides, especially at $40 higher. I would be interested in getting a 7 footer for all of my Crankbait fishing outside of Squarebills. Basically medium divers for the most part, some Wiggle Warts, and occasionally a Deep Rattling Flat Wart. Would I be best off with a Moderate Action, or a Fast Action? I would be thinking a Medium Power would be my best bet too right? Side note, is the Spring Classic supposed to be in February?  I want to get this rod a little before ice-out hopefully!

Thanks,

they should both be moderate actions.  probably a typo online.  go in a store and check them out, I bet you they are identical actions

I definitely will. I was just surprised because they both advertise the ShokFlex technology, so I was assuming they are almost identical except for the guides/cork. For general cranking a Medium Moderate is what I want I would think. Also, what is your guys prefered cranking line? I've always just used Trilene XL....

For wiggle warts 8 or 10lb invisx... They do mark some of them as fast actions although they really arent all that fast..
