Stripping Paint off rod

Ok so I bought a couple of Castaway rod blanks that are green is there anyway that I can strip the paint off of them so they are just a natural color? Thanks Chris

    Try CitriStrip.  I've used it on my old rods that I've rebuild and it works good.

    You do know that when you do you will nullify the blank warranty. Unless you purchased them without any warranty.....

    They have no warranty, and I got them very reasonable so I am going to try the Citristrip on one of them anyway.

    The Citristrip and some 600 grit sandpaper worked great. Thanks
