I was wondering what size barrel swivel i should use for a 1/8oz Egg weight.

I always use 1 size up from the smallest for pretty much anything that needs a swivel.

Are you talking C-Rig? If so, any size bigger than the hole in the bead or weight will work.

The size of the swivel is irrelevant, it's the size of the spit ring that's on the swivel.  Need to make sure the egg weight is just resting on the split ring, don't want the ring to get stuck in the hole.  That split ring size can vary from brand to brand given the same overall swivel size.
