Help With Value Of Boat

Featured Replies

Hi all, new member here. Wanted some help on pricing of a boat if you have any input. Trying to upgrade my fishing boat. I came across a 2005 Bass Tracker PT Special Edition with 50 hp Mercury motor for $7500. The boat is in very good condition. Carpet and seats look good, exterior is in good condition, everything works properly. Comes with a very nice trailer as well. Any help is much appreciated.

Hello and Welcome to Bass Resource ~

As for your boat appraisal request ~ Really hard to judge without see it.  Items like engine hours& electronic package, just to name a few, come into play.

But - at $7500 - that does seem LOWER that what most sellers are asking for that model.

Of course, boats for sale are always worth exactly what they sell for and not a penny more.

Good Luck

Here is a link to the boat. Going to check it out tomorrow. The electronics are standard, what comes on all their boats. The owner didn't know the hours, said he has used it often but not overused by any means. Also do you know what the difference is in a 175 special edition and the same boat that's not special edition?
