i bought a 40 size reel and finally got around to fishing it on a 7'8'' Phenix M1 ( MX-S78M-B ) custom with micro guides , i must say this reel is perfect , anyone else using one (the reel ) even in different sizes /

Any of the Pflueger spinners from the President (or Trion even) up are a great bang for the buck. 

pretty sure mine is a 35 size, but i really do like it.  although, it's not twice as good as my supreme mgx that was half the price....

I have a patriarch 35 and a xt 30. Both are great reels. I like the xt better, i think it's only because it's smaller.

i bought the 40 size cause it was on sale , didn't know if i would like it so it sat for awhile , now that i'm using it finally , i love it  

I have 2 in the 30 size and a few other Pfluegers in the same size. Never felt the need to go bigger. I agree with DVT that they are the best bang for your buck.
