I need suggestions for a hotel in a decent area near St Josephs Hospital under $100 a night?

I used to live there and for the life of me I can't remember the name but there is a nice hotel right down

 

it is in walking distance to a bunch of things

 

Lexington is built in a giant circle so cab rides are pretty cheap anywhere if you stay downtown
