Hi, I just purchased a new small H/B 197c DI for use on my inflatable and i'd like to just run the power cable directly to the battery box ,can anyone tell me what size connectors to use and the best way to attach them to the cable ..thanks

Use whatever fits the battery box. Makes no difference. Most use crimp on terminals.

Wayne what size spade connector would that be ?

Those that are made for 18-22 gauge wire. They have a red plastic insulator.
