he built me two worm rods one for me and one for my dad they were supposed to be for fathers day but as with anything couple of snags hit and with anything masterpieces take time

Can't wait to see them!  They will be well worth the wait.

What blank is the first one, the blue one?  Doesn't look like a CTS color and I think is way too blue to be SCV, but looks too deep to be SCIV.

Sweet builds for sure.  Those have lifetime of enjoyment written all over them.

Wow - thanks, Chris!  Just now noticed the post.  Been a little crazy around here of late.  You got those quick - excellent.

Thanks guys.  Yes, those are Castaway blanks from Swampland.  They are the same model number MB845 - just different colors.  But, the blue blank - which as you noted flechero is almost dead on for the STC SCIV - is a little stiffer.  I love these blanks!  The matte green is sweeet, and that blue is gorgeous.

I will definitely have to post pics from our next trip we are going on we are going to a spot on the Colorado river that he goes to. We are planned for next Sunday to go so expect pics late Sunday or early Monday.
