Finding lead

Featured Replies

good read. im actually planning on picking up some molds from do-it and making my own in the future. specifically the football and the shake it. ive lost too many to snags to be buying them at full cost.

if anyone has anymore pointers or tips please shoot me a message.

I do not know what type of money you want to spend, but from Cabelas, Basspro, Cheaperthandirt.com, and if you have any near by, sportsmans warehous, check you local freindly shooting sport centers.

Look at bottom pour lead pots by Saeco and Lee.

I used to cast bullets for competition and bottom drop casting beats all.  :) I used wheel weights and a Saeco 20# pot.  My pot is about 40 years old now.  Time, where does it go... ?

I have a few sinker molds but made so many a few years ago have not had to remake any.

Custom jigs would be fun.

;D
