Ok I used senkos before but never researched into them.

What's up with the different lengths. Do you use the longer lengths in brighter colors in muddy water. Do you follow the lengths, the colors matching the water and light conditions?

I always just use a 5" or 6" in whatever color the water calls for. Imo stick baits larger then that lose that deadly wobble action, mainly because they are HUGE. Don't know about senkos but I know some other lure compaines 7" stick baits are WAY larger then 5" ones. They just don't have that same action, partly becasue they are as big around as your big toe lol.

I use the 5 inch most of the time. if the bite is really slow or the water us really clear I use the 4 inch and I use the 6 or 7 when I'm looking for a bigger fish or know I'm fishing a lake with the potential for a giant

5 inch watermelon creme kills up north. Also, a similar green/white BPS 6" tournament worm works well too for bigger fish. The only 2 inch sizes I use.

You only need 2 colors   Black and blue, Green pumpkin. 5in senko. 

I use 5 inch, anything green or pink, had the most luck wacky rigging a Bubblegum Pink 5" and jigging it along.

I like the 5" for wacky rigging in any of the traditional popular colors.  I fish very muddy water and the normal bass colors like green pumpkin, watermelon, black, etc, work very well for me.

 

I had some fun, fun days this summer dragging those giant 7" unweighted T-rigged Senkos over the lily pads.

4 and 5 inch are all I use 95% of the time.

Weightless wacky or tx rigged. #1 the most

Neko rigged - 3/32 nail weight in the head

1/16 or 1/8 wacky jighead

I keep 3 colors on hand at all times.

Watermelon with red flake

Black with blue flake
