Looking into buying a mold for a jig that "stands up" I found this one on do-it jig molds but doesn't know if you can put a skirt on it  http://www.do-itmolds.com/prodmolds.aspx?c=29 have any of you had experience with this jig head, or do you know a good mold for a quality stand up jig. Thanks!!

I have the cousin version to that mold and it works well. What fish species are you going for? The reason I ask is that the hook it uses is more of an aberdeen hook. Also when you go to buy those hooks, make sure you get the Hook that says 1623 CR. The CR stands for crimped. If you do not get the CR hook the hook will eventually rotate in the lead jig head making it pretty much useless. If you need more help PM me as I think there are better stand up molds for different species of fish.

The hooks that it uses are tiiiiiiny!  I mean small brother!  I'd look at another style if I were you.

How much are you willing to spend? I have one that makes a version of a very popular standup head. But it wasn't cheep. I'd be willing to sell it for a fair price.
