Just bought a new tatula. Out of the box it's making a slight grinding noise. I think it's the spool, it moves back and forth just a little and when reeling if the reel is tilted it will make the noise. Is that normal or does it need to be cleaned or what?

    If the spool is moving back and forth, the tension knob is too loose.
