Old Cranks

Featured Replies

I have some old crankbaits that were my grandfathers. I want to get them fixed up and then give them to my dad as a gift. so i was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in fixing them up. Most arent in bad shape. There are only 4 or 5 total. Let me know if your interested and also a ball park figure of how much it would cost.

thanks guys!

How old are these baits and are they wood or plastic? Some of the old wodden baits are worth far more unaltered than with the best finish you can get, plus if you have the boxes the prices can more than double. Antique baits are like any other antique.

If you could post some pictures or give some information on exactly what you need done it would help with your responses.

ok, i dont have a digital camera, but some of them have the name on them so ill tell you guys that and maybe that will help

#1 - Cordell Big-O. i think its plastic. its black on top, silver middle, and white bottom. shallow crank.

#2 - Rebel Humpy. Its is black on top, silver middle, and white bottom. Looks like it would run about 6-8 ft.

#3 - Rebel Mini R. It looks like it runs about 4-6 ft. Baby bass paint. pretty sure its plastic.

#4 - Doesnt have any writing. It is wooden and some of the paint is starting to chip. It is baby bass painted. It is about 3 inches long. The head is much bigger than the tail.

i dont know if this helps much. Ill se if i can get a friend to take a picture of them soon. thanks though
