I'm working on some baitfish patterns. This is my attempt at bluegill, but I can't decide if I should add a blurred sharpie gill like in the second pic. What do you think?

Looks good to me! If you wanna see what it would look like use some plastic wrap. Put your gill on there and then lay it on the bait. Just a thought.

Leave it be and fish the crap out of it.   Any more detail on that bait and it will start to like something Barry painted ;D

Looks great! I like the bright green in between the bars.

Thanks for the feedback!  I think I'll leave it as it is; I'll probably mess it up if I try to add a gill. ::)
