The man is undoubtedly the greatest mind to ever to coach in the history of the game i.m.o.   As far as I know he is the only coach to win national championships at the High school(Massillon), College(Ohio State), and professional level. He has been credited with a few other things aswell:

 

1. 40yd dash

2. Facemask

3.Bill Walsh credits him with creating the west coast offense 

4. IQ tests for players

5. First coach to study game film aswell 

5. integrated Pro football and did it before Jackie Robinson 

6. I'm sure there is plenty that I am missing aswell

He was a great innovator and in my opinion is partially responsible for football being as great as it is! Check out the special tonight at 9 on the NFL network!

I believe he is buried in Massillon. He was definitely the legend in Canton/Massillon Ohio.
