Unfortunately, I am in an absolute turkey coma.  So, for the next 24 hours I can't be held responsible for anything I say or do.

Eating just plain turkey for four days now. My reduced intake is working out well. I have 70lbs to lose by spring.

Salad great.

Small portions works good.
