Just learning to airbrush.  Where do I get some blanks to paint on?

Or....buy the brand name lure you like, like a Bandit 200, sand it down and repaint.

My friend does this and his work is beautiful.

In fact, I am seeing him this Friday to have two Bandit 100s repainted for a tournament on Sunday.
