It ain't that big a deal down there either.  I wasn't too smart in 1986.  probably not much better now!

This one time, I saw some open water. Well, I thought I did, but it was just ice.

The closest river to me thats big or fast enough not to freeze is 3.5 hour drive and is the Mississippi
