I found some megabass vision 110 M-Shad with the round straight eyes that a local tackle store currently has on closeout. So my question is how "rare" or collectible are they? 

  Im not sure about rare or collectable, the reason they cost so much is because they are made in Japan.  The eye design may just mean its an older bait, as I believe the ones from early to mid 2000's had the eye you are talking about.

I've used/seen many megabass vision 110's before but these are the first I've ever seen first hand with the round eyes instead of the pupil positioned at the bottom.
