Where and what brand would you recommend to buy in bulk? when I say bulk, around 100 or so.

Not wanting to buy generic ones on flea-bay. I want a good quality split ring.

Have you tried to search for Owner Hyper wire split ring? They are sold in bulk of 100pc. 

Barlow's Tackle has a ton of tackle components you can buy in bulk at good prices, including several kinds of split rings.
