Fort Stewart Bass

Featured Replies

I moved here in early August 2015 and have had great success fishing the ponds on Fort Stewart. I have caught fishing that are small to genuine lunkers. If you want to catch a huge Large mouth Bass then I would highly recommend you venture over to Fort Stewart ponds and give it a go. I have caught a 10lber and a 9 lb 13oz bass in less than 3 weeks apart. This is going to be a great spring this year. Get your rods and reels ready!!!! Let me know if you are not familiar with the area and I will help you out. (picture: 9 lb 13 oz caught on culprit curly tail watermelon black flakes worm Texas rigged in pond 32 on Feb 23 2016)

Dang man I never caught anything that big when I was stationed there. Biggest bass I caught was 5 lbs 9 oz. And to this day still my PB. Awesome job on catching those hogs.
