Nope.  Have a couple older blue ones, tho.  I see the new model has lost an ounce.  I like mine.  Throws a bare 3/0 EWG and 10" ribbontail worm very well.   I see Walmart has the older RH model for $158.90.  LH is $199.  I'm hoping some actual owners of the new model chime in.  Doesn't bother me to use heavier reels such as my Zillions, but must admit reels under 6 oz. often bring a smile.   :D

I bought one from jet.com for $150 (They had a discount for first time purchases).

Took a while to get it, but I love it so far.

Fished 3 days on Toledo Bend with it. Really launched wacky senkos a mile. 

I have 2 of the old silver patriarchs, 2 of the blue patriarchs, and 1 white one. The blue and the white are my favorites.
