I will be fishing the Big O on Thursday out of Clewiston. I have a few places I would like to try heading west from Roland Martins Marina, but does anyone have any tips is to where I might head? I know it's been real tough out there these past few weeks any tips or hints would be excellent.

I fished the west side of Ritta island and South Bay area on Sunday...  Lots of action but not a great many big bites.... 

Being that the water is up there should be plenty of water in Pelican Bay and you should be able to get to the burnt bridges/cornfields areas and look for the big girls.

If you're not looking to run too far the Grassy flats in coot bay have been known to harbor good numbers of fish. But watch the wind, If it has been coming out of the north at all this area tends to muddy up.

Mayaka Cut (AKA Uncle Joe's Cut), Is also a productive area that seems to always hold fish. Look for the the lay downs, and fish the at both openings.
