Anyone ever use these before?  Want somethint I can toss into laydowns and work out with thump like a crankbait without snagging.

 

Do they put off much vibration?

    Yes they work good. I like to use them on a light weight screw lock hook like the Owner 5167W-706. They also make great swim jig trailers.

    I use both sizes and work them just as I do a fluke on a EWG hook.
