I love the new ergonomicaly designed trolling motor foot pedel deck recesses in new bass boats. However, my boat does not have one. Does anyone know where I may be able to get an insert to put into my front deck or sugestions on how to build one? Thanks.

I plan on installing one in my boat as soon as it comes out of storage. I've read  a lot of great reveiws about them on another site and have seen a lot of pictures from others that have installed them and they look great. The install process doesn't look to difficult either.
