Was at wall mart grabbing a chatter bait today and noticed they had Abu Vendetta rods marked down all the way to $19. So I picked one up. Thing is the only model they had was 7ft casting Medium Mod Fast. I was wondering what applications you guys would use this rod for??

I agree with both. It should do fine as a crank rod. At that price if it blows no big loss there.

Great deal! I have one of those rods and it's a great shallow/medium crankbait rod. Mine does double duty as a small spinnerbait rod also.
