Ok so there's the Legacy Park baseball and softball complex in Lee's Summit, MO. in the same complex there's Legacy Park lake. Its 22-acres and i know that they hold fishing derby's there. Has anyone fished there or know if theres any bass in it. Any tips help!

There are bass in the lake.  Caught them early in the season on small jerkbaits.  Haven't fished it since February though.

Thanks for the help @stinger360 !! that will help the confidence knowing there's bass.

Also, did you catch any big ones?

 

Up to a little over 4 lbs but that was a couple of years ago.

its a weird little pond. Doesn't get any deeper than about 5 feet in most places, and the bite is weird. I've never caught good numbers out of there, and neither has a friend of mine who fishes there a lot. Size is decent though

yea @Brian6428 & @stinger360 i went out there today and only caught one on a sp craw. I was stuck fishing from the shore tho, but it didnt really matter bc it was really shallow by the shore. Saw a boat out there catch a good one tho. Also flipped the dock but didnt get anything .

@big_basser5 I would say to keep trying it. Might stumble across a good one. That's what a friend of mine did.

.....and has anyone seen/caught channel cats or carp there?........
