H2O Express Reel Parts?

Featured Replies

I have a couple of H2O Express spinning reels that I need replacement parts for, but I'm having a hard time finding anything. Since they are an Academy label they don't even have a website, and I can't find a way to order parts thru Academy. Am I missing something?

Try BPS reel repair. They may just have them.

http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CFPageC?storeId=10151&catalogId=10051&langId=-1&appID=40&cm_ven=Redirects&cm_cat=catalog&cm_pla=ad&cm_ite=repair

They have helped me out in the past.

Or have you asked someone at Academy?

I'll check out BPS. I haven't asked anyone at Academy, but I worked in H&F every summer in college. I'm fairly positive there is nothing they can do.

Dude its an Academy reel. Take it in and get a new one. They are the easiest people in the world to deal with. Basically no questions asked return policy

Yeah just take it in to the store and they will replace the reel no questions asked!

I think silstar makes them but I'm not sure. They're cheap enough that I don't think they expect people to invest much in repairs. Grab another. If not hard up keep that one as a parts reel.
