Took my girlfriend out and she caught her first bass

Featured Replies

Took my girlfriend out to Crooked Creek lake outflow near Ford City, PA. This is the first bass she's ever caught, and I think I was more excited than she was. Nothing huge, but exciting moment for me! She caught it on a large shiner, after saying "these are too big, nothing will bite on them." Haha! My next step is to get her to actually touch the fish...

Baby steps, my friend... But congrats on getting her a solid first fish!

Yea, she was asking me why it had red eyes, and honestly, I didn't know.

Congrats!
