I havea pond it is Clear, the bass are in a post spawn funk and there is a lot of vegetation and it is not very deep except for 2 10 foot holes that are about 4 feet across. How should I fish this?

Have you tried a finesse rig? The Ned Rig worked good for me today when nothing else was productive. 

For some reason, chatterbaits have been killing it for me. 

Bass love salad!  Fish the vegetation... the type of veggies will dictate how.

Topwater! Ring them up out of the muck. Buzzbaits, poppers, frogs, walking baits.. i'd try them all. 

4" fluke prob in watermelon or green pumpkin. Easy to keep weed less and can fish it at any depth.
