How long did it take for anyone here to receive parts from Lews? I paid for a part from them on June 3rd, and it hasn't arrived yet (June 15th). I emailed them and am waiting for an answer, just looking to see if anyone noticed long-ish shipping times with their orders.

I bought some hardware, EVA foam grips and a carbon fiber handle and I don't remember it taking particularly long. The usual 5-7 business days. I'd shoot them a call, they're pretty easy to deal with.

Yeah I tried calling them but their offices were closed. Figured I'd ask here in the mean time. Its been about 8 business days so far.

They replied to my email saying to call them lol (I don't have access to a phone until they are closed LOL) I guess you could say, "I Lew's"  B)

I've only ordered parts from them once, but when I did, not only did they waive the cost of the parts (it was my fault I broke this particular part but they didn't even ask how it broke), but they sent it priority mail and I got it in like 2-3 days.

Since I'm only 4 hours away it usually takes 2-3 days. Got a rod replaced and a new spool earlier this year. If it's taking that long you should give them a call

I'm going to check my P.O. box monday to see if its here, if its not I'll give them a call when they're open.

Oh, and it is a replacement spool, not only did I need a new spool, but I now had to repair one of the threads on the sideplate with JB Weld because the threads for the screw behind the spool bit the dust... Lets hope once the reel is acting good, it stays that way :P In case anyone happens to wonder how to fix the threads, apparently JB Weld works, seems to work as a thread replacement. (I can unscrew the screw too! its not stuck to the sideplate!)

(it was a flea-bay buy, so thats why it is in such bad condition)
