Short arm spinnerbait

Featured Replies

Strike King used top make the shortarm Spinnerbait back in the 80's but now has been discontinued I guess. Does anyone make then now or do I need to start looking for a mold to make them now. And which mold would work. I have the do it book and don't know which one would work and also which wire forms will work? Hope you guys can help. This lake I am fishing is 50 or so deep and has standing timber in it everywhere and I have had some luck with the ones I still have but only have a few left from back then.

There are custom tackle shops that will build to your specs.  Mike at Siebert Outdoors or Brad at Real Deal Custom Tackle can likely build what you want.  Both of these guys are great to deal with.

Terminator used to make a short arm Thumper that had a real short arm.  I bought a few about 3 years ago.  I haven't seen them on the shelves recently but they may still make it.
