Does anybody know where I can find one? My daughter has finally decided that she wants to take up fishing, but of course she has to have a pretty rod. Why can't she just like pink like every other girl?

Rodgeeks Neon blue is as close as you'll find short of having a body shop paint you one.  The sample on the website isn't quite what it really looks like.

Build on a white blank and and use either testors model paint or crb pigment to dye your epoxy and put a light coat as far up the blank as you want.

Also if you go to Mudd Hole they have the  MHX  Metallic color series. In that series is the option of their Metalic Blue.  I would show her all of their colors. My rod builder uses a lot of them.  Check em out on Tom's Custom Rod under galleries.  

Phenix makes/made a blue glass crankbait rod - saw it for the first time a couple of months back at a local tackle shop.  Look like TW stopped selling them and i don't see them on the Phenix website, but maybe you can give them a call and ask them about them -
