July 5th Lake Wylie, SC

Featured Replies

I had off work today and decided to hit lake first thing.  It was 80 degrees and steamy at 6am.  Lost one on my 3rd cast using a crankbait when she jumped and spit it back at me.

Only had a couple other little nibbles throughout the morning.

Made one last cast before my family met me at the ramp and caught a decent one on a shaky head and trick worm.

Water temp was 87 degrees, air temp was 94 degrees with mostly sunny skies and 13mph winds.

Had a good time driving around the lake afterwards with the family.
