I need to re run the wiring to my navigation lights. What gauge wire and what size inline fuse? Thank you.

    If all that's on there is navigation and anchor lights, 5amp fast blow glass fuse and 14ga wire

    Thank you. Why a glass fuse? The area my battery is in isn't water resistant unfortunately. The only water resistant fuse holders I can find hold the blade type fuses. Are they ok to use?

    They will be fine  since you've got the waterproof holder. Make sure your connections are crimped properly, put dielectric grease on the connections and heat shrink over the connections
