I would make one out of plywood, paint it several times and then carpet it. Just make it a little bigger than the existing pan and screw it down to the deck Make it easy  and mount your pedal on it before you mount the whole thing down.

So, spoke with Ranger/Stratos and they make a cover for Rangers but not Stratos and they aren't interchangeable. 

What I'm going to do is order a cheap cutting board, then staple some grey indoor/outdoor carpeting to it, screw it to the wood that I got there now and it should hopefully fix the problem.
