Hello and Welcome to Bass Resource ~

Congrats on your pending boat purchase.

Assessing a 14 & 16 year old boat & motor may be a little tricky for someone who's never owned one.

Appearance as well as a seller's "report" can sometimes be a little deceiving

Might be a good idea to get some assistance from someone experienced there who can see, run & possibly ride in these boats prior to any money changing hands.

Both boats are at a dealer ship the triton is the owners old boat and the nitro is a trade in. I am leanate on buying that old of a boat but being from a dealer ship eases it a little. The triton is set up to me better than the nitro and the prices arent much difference. The only reason he is selling the triton is cause he cant fish nitro circuit tournements.

If both both were in the same good shape and options were about the same I would prefer the Triton, but there are a lot of things that I would have to check out on each boat first.
