Phenix Rod warranty

Featured Replies

I broke about 8" out of my m1 casting a rat yesterday, and I went on to there site to see about warranty and saw there was a registry which I didn't do smh. I bought the Rod from tw on 9/8/15 so I have proof of purchase. Has anyone ever delt with them warranty wise?

They've been great for me. Just fill out the registration, chop up the rod and send them a check with the rod for the amount for the new rod. Usually it's $50-$100. There's a chart on their warranty page that tells you. Their customer service is very good also. Just give them a call if you need, but I think they're M-F.

$50 for replacement plus $15 for shipping ....

Phenix is amazing - no questions asked warranty, just pay the replacement fee they have listed for your rod.  The M1 should also have a lifetime warranty so registration wouldn't matter.  Call them if you have any questions but it should be one of the easiest replacements you ever send in.
