6 lb test invisx

Featured Replies

i have two spools of Seaguar invisx, one 6 lb spool and one 8 lb spool. The 8 lb spool has had no issues, really hard for me to break the line with my bare hands. My 6 lb spool is weaker, i can break it with my bare hands rarely easily. also, it seems to be unwinding like some bad flourocarbons do. Is there a problem with spool, or is 6 pound line really weak

It sounds like a potential bad batch of fluorocarbon. I would contact the manufacturer and describe what you told us. It may get you a free spool of line.
