I purchased a few of these and have caught maybe 20 or so fish on one of them, but now it runs to the right and kinda of at a weird angle.  Is it as simple as tuning it like a crankbait?

No experience with this soft swimbait. Looking at the clear version you can see the wire line tie and hook hanger is one piece. You could hold the lure by the hook hanger with a plier and hold the line tie with another plier and bend the line tie hoop towards the direction the lure turn towards, similar to tuning a crankbait. Should work, no guarantee!
