Can you use any size hook listed in the mold description for any of the head sizes? 

For instance if the mold is listed as for 1/4,3/8,1/2 oz and the hooks listed as 2/0, 3/0, and 4/0 can I use a 4/0 hook in the 1/4pz head?

You can usually only go up one or down one hook size. So on a 3/8 oz head you can use a 2/0, 3/0 or 4/0. However on a 1/4 oz you can use a 2/0 and a 3/0, but a 4/0 might be too big and you may have to modify the mold to make the hook fit.

if you go to barlows tackle website (google it) and look up the particular mold that you have, they usually have a chart. It is the only website I have found to do so. It will tell you what hook sizes are compatible with each weight and it will even list other brands and models of hooks that will work in that mold.
