Should I buy this boat

Looks like an Alabama fan...you may be able to talk him down to "something shiny" for it.

a description would help with any valuation.

I think that's a little steep for a bass boat of unknown make, model or year, condition and other options other than he's a Bama fan, and it has a XR6 and HB798si on it.

It takes a little more than that for me to decide on a boats value.

I wouldn't.

The Skeeter hulls were good but you do not want the Force engine. I sent you a pm. As for the first boat I would walk away from it.  I would look at boats like these

Which one

I buy only used boat but wouldn't buy a motor older than 1999. Thats just me, there is just something about them. Also never buy a Force motor, absolute junk. Also I never had luck with older Evinrude and Johnsons, many people do but personally I would never buy one.

I've been told the Johnson Fast Strike is a great motor.

No way, 6k is way too much for an old boat like that one. Patience is key when looking for a used boat. No impulse buying at all! Trust me the right one always comes along.
