What would be a good bait casting combo for fishing docks and skipping into tight cover? I would like specific answers and general advice too. I am not currently in the market, but may consider this setup in the future. Thanks

to get a specific answer, you need to give specific question. what are you trying to skip? whats your budget? rod length preference (are you tall? short?), etc.

I am looking to spend no more than $250 and no less than $100. I am trying to skip senkos, jigs, and other stuff.

I can't give any specific rod/reel model recommendations in your price range, but I do like a 7' H/MF rod for skipping 3/8-1/2oz jigs. As far as reels, I dont know if any specific reel is better/worse than others at skipping, but I do prefer ones with magnetic breaks, in my case Daiwa magforce.
